We believe in strong relationships and lasting impact.
It’s me, hi!
Well, it’s us. Natalie and Megan, co-founders of Firefly Experiences.
In short, we’re entrepreneurs, event evangelists, and experience enthusiasts. We operate from a place of passion and connection, which means we’re a dynamic team that works hard to play hard.
Meet Natalie
My commitment to connection extends from the boardroom and beyond. As a mother of two boys and an advocate for special needs programs, I specialize in designing inclusive environments where every participant feels seen and valued. Whether staging a corporate sales conference, interactive brand journeys or a community initiative, my goal is to translate business and personal objectives into unforgettable human experiences.

Her loyalty and ability to challenge people not to apologize for who they are and how they show up in the world.
Meet Megan
My life’s mission is to find and create rooms of collective effervescence. The magic of fairytales and fantasies that shaped me has transformed into a core belief that we can create our own version of magic - even during the 9-5 grind. Whether it’s an all-employee meeting or a Ninjago/Dinosaur/Star Wars themed birthday party, there is joy to be found even in the most unexpected of places. I am a firm believer that our lives and our work are worth celebrating, and although event planning can be chaotic, the opportunity to swim in the magic of the moment brings me back, again and again.

It seems silly, but I have a tradition of hiding very small, plastic animals throughout the office for folks to find throughout the day. It’s my most successful employee engagement tactic to-date.

Her quickness to laugh. She can make you feel like the funniest person in the room because she is always looking for the joy.
We met in 2022 at Chattahoochee Coffee Company where we were tasked with strategizing a new marketing plan for Leapfrog IT services, an established Atlanta IT business since 1998. Megan worked in Sales & Marketing, and Natalie had just been hired on as an expert consultant and contractor after 14 years in the financial industry. Over the course of the next couple of years, we worked together on marketing and events and quickly realized our shared passion for building genuine, meaningful connections at work and in life. We realized and understood how our strengths and skills complimented each other. We both had a entrepreneur spirit with the drive, passion, and commitment to build our dream business, together. The two of us fully embody the core goal of our business: connection and community.
Birds of a feather, we should stick together...
I’ve got the power

Yes, we know AI is taking over. While it can certainly be helpful, allowing a human lens to have total control provides genuine creativity, real time support, and an ability to read the room through the entire event planning process. Human touch establishes lasting, meaningful relationships.

Our commitment to protecting our planet is one we take very seriously. Events, both corporate and personal, incur an exorbitant amount of waste when everything is said and done. From single-use plastics like utensils and SWAG to energy and emissions for lighting and A/V, events are notoriously unfriendly to the environment. We’re pledging to change that.
What we’re (re)considering:
Venue selection (energy program, high-efficiency HVAC, LED lighting)
Single-use items (utensils, swag/promo items, displays, balloons, printed collateral)
Food & Beverage (locally sourced, smart portions for waste reduction, plant-based where appropriate)
Waste & Breakdown (recycling programs available, saving re-usable items)
And I think to myself... what a wonderful world
